PLATE HEAT EXCHANGER

The plate heat exchanger is used for heat exchange between liquid and gas,with such characteristics as high heat exchanging efficiency, compact structure,smalll space, good adaptability and convenient operation and cleaning etc. In dairy industry, it is applicable to instant sterilization of fresh milk and cooling of dairy.
It is also applicable to the heating anc cooling of furit juice, tea beverage, binegar and alcohol etc. industries.
It is the ideal sterilizing and heat exchanging equipment for food industy.
t has been widely used in such industries an petrochemical industry, pharmacy, papermaking, machinery, metallurgy, shipbuilding, powet generation, heating and ventilating etc.
Additionally, it can be used for processing and production of vemicelli and egg white.


2-- Working Technology

 2.1-  Fresh Milk cooling technology :

Milk collection and cooling : 30ºC→5ºC

Ice water temp:12ºC←2ºC(3:1)

 

2.2-Fermentation yoghurt cooling technology :

Yoghurt: 45ºC→25ºC→5ºC

Cooling water temp: 30ºC←20ºC(2:1)

Ice water temp:12ºC←2ºC(2:1)

 

 

2.3-Set yoghurt cooling technology :

Yoghurt: 45ºC→15ºC

Ice water temp:12ºC←2ºC(3:1)

 

2.4-Ice Cream cooling technology :

Ice cream : 85ºC→40ºC→5ºC

Cooling water temp: 30ºC←20ºC(4:1)

Ice water temp:12ºC←2ºC(4:1)

 

Ice cream : 40ºC→5ºC

Ice water temp:12ºC←2ºC(4:1)

 

 

2.5-CIP heating technology :

PHE : steam heating : 50ºC→85ºC

( steam inlet pressure : 0.6Mpa)
